This independent option offers the most flexibility, allowing you to have medical insurance through any carrier.

In order to use the Assurant HSA you must have a qualifing health plan with either Assurant or Fortis. If so please contact your agent.

Home Federal Savings and Loan

This is a bank option in the typical savings account format.
